*Unfortunately we cannot refund an item past 14 days after delivery.* Please note that once your order has been shipped out, we cannot fulfill refunds until you recieve your item.
Step 1) You can request a return via email *(please include your order number, the reason for return and an image of the issue)* and we will process the return within 1-3 days.
Step 2) You will recieve a return code or label which you attach to your parcel
Step 3) Take your package to the designated service point
Once we have confirmed the reciept of your returned package, we will then process the full refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or method of payment within 7-14 business days.
*At the moment we can only process free returns to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel. Countries not on the list will have extra charges to process a refund*
